1:1 coaching for strength, endurance and body composition. Written around your calendar, reviewed every week, by one coach.
Where you are, where you want to be, and whether I'm the right coach for it. If I'm not, I'll tell you.
Real clients, filmed during real sessions.

Training history, schedule, lifts, runs, recovery. One measurable goal with a date, in writing.
Written for the days you actually have. Hotel gyms and travel included.
I read your check-in. The next week changes: load, volume, session order, with a short note on why.
Your questions reach me, not a team. Replies within 24 to 48 hours.

Three-month minimum, €750 in total. Twelve weeks is the shortest honest window for a measurable result, which is why there is no trial month.
We set a measurable goal with a date. If you complete your check-ins for all twelve weeks and we fall short, I extend your coaching by up to four weeks at no cost.
I serve as a police officer in a special unit in Austria and build VOLTR alongside it. I've been an athlete my whole life.
I still train that way: heavy lifting, long runs, night shifts, and a calendar that rarely repeats itself.
I've coached professionally for the past three years and I'm a state-certified trainer in Austria. What I pass on is what I practise: how to keep progressing when work, travel and sleep don't cooperate.

Thirty minutes, video or phone. We look at where you are, what you're working towards and what has been in the way. If coaching makes sense, I'll show you how it would look for you. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
You complete a short onboarding, we run the assessment and set your goal with a date. Your first program arrives in the app, and the weekly rhythm starts: you train and check in, I review and adjust.
It's built for exactly that. Hotel gyms, time zones, three days instead of five: you tell me what's ahead, and the program follows your trip, not the other way round.
Anything shorter doesn't give an honest answer. Twelve weeks is enough to see whether the work is landing, which is also why there's no trial month.
No. Coaching runs online, wherever you are. In Vienna I also train people 1:1 in person, in a five-star hotel gym in the city centre or where you already train, by arrangement. Full Accountability combines both: remote coaching and in-person sessions, wherever you are in the world.
A gym you can train in regularly. Everything else is built around what you have access to, hotel gyms included.
No meal plans. If you eat somewhere different every day, a fixed plan is useless. We work with choices you can make in the situation you're actually in.
Coaching is €250 / month with a three-month minimum. Please book only if that works for you.
