Terms of Lukas Plassnig e.U., Wehrbrücklstraße 6/7, 1220 Vienna (VOLTR), for coaching and digital training programs. Status: October 2026.

1. VOLTR Coaching

Coaching is 1:1 online coaching at the price agreed before the start, currently €250 per month, billed monthly. The minimum term is three months. After that, coaching continues month by month and can be cancelled with effect from the end of the current billing month. Scope: weekly planning and check-in, written reasoning, a direct line with replies within 24 to 48 hours, a goal with a date agreed at the start.

The agreement: if the client completes the check-ins over the full twelve weeks and the measurable goal agreed at the start is missed, coaching is extended once by up to four weeks at no cost. There is no cash refund under this agreement.

2. VOLTR Programs

VOLTR Programs are digital content (a PDF and a spreadsheet per program) delivered immediately after payment, for personal use only. Passing them on, reselling or publishing them is not permitted.

3. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins, provided the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal at checkout. For coaching, starting within the withdrawal period at the client's request may require payment for services already provided.

4. Health

Training carries a risk of injury. Clients confirm they are fit to train or have clarified this with a doctor. Coaching and programs do not replace medical advice.

5. Prices

All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 6(1)(27) UStG, no VAT is charged.

6. Law

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
