How can I ask training questions?+
Every program has its own chat, supervised by a coach. Questions about technique, exercise swaps, or adjustments. You get a real answer, not a bot.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel in the app whenever you want. No commitment, no notice period.
Do I need a full gym?+
The programs are gym-focused. You'll need access to barbells, dumbbells, and standard gym equipment. Some exercises offer alternatives, but this isn't a home workout program. If you train in a well-equipped gym, you're set.
Which program should I start?+
If you're unsure, take the quiz on our site. Takes two minutes. Coming back after a break? Start with RESET. Want to build muscle? BUILD. Short on time? DRIVE. Running and strength? HYBRID.
Am I too much of a beginner for VOLTR?+
RESET is designed as a re-entry program. If you've trained regularly before, it fits. Every exercise has a demo video, you're always guided. If you've never been in a gym, we honestly recommend a few months of basics first.
What is RPE?+
Rate of Perceived Exertion. A scale from 1-10 that describes how hard a set was. RPE 8 means you could have done 2 more reps. This way the weight automatically adjusts to how you feel that day.
